Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes we do. 


How do I contact you?

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal payments. 


Is it safe to pay with my credit card on this website? 

Our website provide a secure gateway for payments. Your details will never be shared. 


When will my order be shipped? 

Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days, for custom orders(orders that has crystal it might take up to 15-20 days to ship out because these are handmade. Orders are shipped on weekdays (Monday thru Friday).


Can I track my order? 

A tracking number will be emailed to you through Paypal or by our company’s email.  Once your order is shipped, you can begin tracking your package every step of the way.. Shipping takes 2-5 days. Unless stated other wise.


Why aren't my items here yet? 

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days check your tracking number, if there seems to be a problem then contact us at flychicjewerly@gmail.com and we are here to help. Note: preorder items take between 1-3 weeks to deliver.

Returns

We don't do returns, but we do exchanges. For shoes exchange we change a $20 restocking fee. And shipping fee is not refundable.


What happens if my packages doesn't arrive, or is lost in transit? 

Once orders are shipped, they are the property of the postal service.  Fly Chic Jewerly is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods.
